If you're a DCC fan, this is a MUST. Jeff and Co. do a stupidly awesome job with this. I get why people will say read or listen to the audiobook before this, but honestly, it's not necessary. You ain't missin' shit by listening to this first if you want to.

Recently finished the Book 7 audiobook, loved it so much that I convinced my wife to try the first episode of this version with me and now she's hooked, too! Can't wait to listen to the rest.

God dammit, I'm hooked. Truly top tier. Honestly the thing that really pushed this to the next level for me was the music - it sold the game show feeling of the AI, the intensity of the fights, and the music over the credits had me literally bopping

The absolute enjoyment that I experienced while listening to this was nothing short of sublime. I would love to see this series become a full on live action or anime... and an epic video game series! One all about Carl's journey, and another, or more (keep em coming) that is multiplayer, small scale mmo perhaps. We create our own dungeon crawler and venture! The rules that were set up for this series make for fantastic entertainment.

I loved the way this story was told! Please make the rest of the books!

I just finished the audiobooks and decided I wanted to restart the series immediately. I heard about the immersive version and decided to check it out. I was immediately blown away by how well this is done. Purchasing the whole season now. Season 2 when??
