Agatha Raisin and the Deadly Dance
Synopsis
Can the feisty Agatha Raisin make a success of her own private detective agency?
Agatha soon discovers that running a detective business in the Cotswolds is far less glamorous than the adventures of a hard-boiled Raymond Chandler hero. Finding clients proves difficult, and the reality of private investigation is not quite what she imagined.
Then wealthy divorcée Catherine Laggat-Brown walks through the door with Agatha’s first major case. What begins as a straightforward assignment quickly spirals into something far more dangerous, involving death threats, blackmail, and a growing web of secrets.
Before long, Agatha is once again crisscrossing the countryside in search of clues, questioning suspects, and putting herself in harm’s way.
With friends, enemies, and clients all watching closely, Agatha is determined to prove that Raisin Investigations is a force to be reckoned with.
