I love The Raven and Jeff’s reading as Carl really brings the deep sense of desolation of the subject’s heart into focus. And the “what are you doing here?” afterward makes it feel like you’re actually sitting in a room with friends. Very creative, talented, and fun narrator! I actively look for books with Jeff/SBT at the audio helm. p.s. I wouldn’t mind a nice reading of something by incubus or skyfowl Mordecai someday…

Admittedly I'm a Poe fan. And absolutely amused by a dual persona presenting a poem where the narrator is on the brink between personalities of rational thought and utter madness. Solid reading Excellent emotion. Good pronunciation. Great delivery. Thanks Carl and Donut!!! :)

This is one of those things that I never realised I wanted or needed until I discovered it. Listening to Carl read not only poetry but my personal favourite poem is simply divine, as always the duo bringing their best efforts to something fun for the fans while we eagerly await more of both the mainline books and promises of book 2 of the audio immersion tunnel.

I have been a Poe fan for decades, and recently began binging the Carl & Donut series. ABSOLUTELY LOVE this reading of the Raven. Almost as much as I love the crawler series. I❤️Donut
