Season 1
All relationships have their ups and downs. That’s especially true when your partner is a necromancer with a murderous temper. There’s not much else to say, really. Honestly, we still can’t believe we got Kyle and Travis to do this.
2026:
“Where does he go?” is the question on everyone’s mind. One might think he’s just in the bathroom, but it doesn’t explain why he returns hours later bearing celestial curiosities, sporting new boons, and inexplicably cursed… for better or worse.
Seven teams. One Prompt. What trouble will Jacob find himself in this time?

Seven auteurs. One prompt.
Soundbooth Theater’s inaugural collection of April Fools’ Day shorts, Jacob’s Untouched Cheese, poses the question, “Can a group of artists create over two hours of content based around a forlorn dollop of ricotta erroneously served with a vegan’s lemon sorbetto dessert, and — perhaps more importantly — should they?”
In breaking with our April Fools’ tradition of releasing pure trolls, this anthology was a chance for us to bring together an army of talented writers, actors, musicians, and engineers to channel their gifts into something truly random and off-the-wall.

In the post-apocalyptic wasteland that is the northeastern United States, a grizzled survivor downloads a frivolous app that does a lot more than steal his data. To reverse the app’s disastrous effect, he’ll have to race against time to travel to the mysterious Jacob’s Untouched Cheese in *checks notes* Bridgeport, CT? Why Bridgeport? Is there anything there besides bridges and ports...?

For a 14-year-old girl whose parents are never home, Myra has a pretty normal life — that is until her older brother, Jacob, starts exchanging sultry whispers with a mysterious voice. And why is he eating so much cheese? Before long, it becomes clear that something evil has taken up residence in Myra’s home, and it’s got her brother in its crosshairs! With no adults around, it’s up to Myra to rescue her brother from the powerful demon... and heartburn.

An artist enjoying a meteoric rise and an engagement to a perfect-on-paper financier, Hope Stanfield believes she is finally on her way to achieving the life she’s always wanted. But when an uneaten cheese plate and whispers of her dark past threaten to expose the cracks in her impeccable facade, Hope’s docile demeaner gives way to something far more sinister.

Jacob thinks he's on a hot date... ...but it quickly becomes his worst nightmare come true. It's been nearly a week since Jacob last ate, despite his seemingly favorable situation. Locked in a creamery with no way out, he is surrounded by mountains of delicious cheese. It should be a dream come true, but Jacob is a VEGAN. Worse yet, a sadistic killer spouting cheese-based puns is pulling the (mozzarella) strings behind the scenes, all in the name of breaking Jacob of his veganism. Will Jacob overcome his hunger and find a way out of his dairy-themed prison? Or will he succumb to the tasty temptations around him and violate his core beliefs to survive? “The Cheese Stands Alone” by Ben "Baby Swiss" Wolf, bites like sharp cheddar; but thanks to the dulcet tones of narrator, Ryan "Roquefort" Reid, it sounds smooth as a creamy aged brie. Go on... have a taste now. We dair-y you.

So, you know the song, “Rats,” by the band, Ghost? This is kinda like that, but take out all the Satanic stuff, add a few scientists, add a gore-themed trigger warning somewhere, and you get the idea.
